No Cancellations, However We Offer a Rescheduling Policy.
As for inclement weather is up to management and ultimately the Captain to make the decision whether it is safe to sail or not. This is to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew and is non-negotiable. Any charter the client decides to cancel over weather would forfeit their deposit unless agreed upon otherwise with management. Inclement weather is decided by Nj yacht charters L.L.C. and its Captain under advisory of NOAA marine safety. .
