About the Yacht
Our 45ft luxury yacht is available for rental and can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. We provide a comprehensive package that includes fuel, a captain, a deck-mate, water, ice, cutlery, all food and drink essentials, and towels. Smoking is allowed on board, and you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Please note that we have a rescheduling policy in place instead of a cancellation policy. In the event of inclement weather, the decision to sail or not rests with our management and the captain to ensure the safety of everyone on board.

As for inclement weather is up to management and ultimately the Captain to make the decision whether it is safe to sail or not. This is to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew and is non-negotiable. Any charter the client decides to cancel over weather would forfeit their deposit unless agreed upon otherwise with management. Inclement weather is decided by Nj yacht charters L.L.C. and its Captain under advisory of NOAA marine safety.
